In this global village, there are two essential attributes: distance and accessibility. The distance, by the process of globalization, open borders and diversity of transportation, attributed it would make the world smaller. Accessibility, in turn, is a bridge to the Virtual World.
This is another and opposite direction of the relative perception of space. The Virtual World is like the cosmos after the Big Bang. It stretches endlessly and the borders of its explosion are imperceptible. New services and social networks play areas, commerce, e-learning (e-learning), e-widening the space of all our fun and our work.
This new reality is being augmented with user activity. In turn, providing content storage devices require increasingly more optimization and data memory. The Virtual World expels a lot of information, of varying utility. As some say, we are creating a virtual cosmic dump, with which justify the development of new information technologies. However, this is, apparently, an unavoidable side effect of the development of civilization of information.
Predominant influence of new technologies
Dozen years ago, new technologies dominated especially in scientific laboratories and institutes and corporations in the pages of science fiction books. Today, new technologies become more accessible. There is not a day, an hour, a minute without comment, information that relates to new technologies. New technology dominated our thinking, are a part of our daily lives, we facilitate it, but sometimes can be an obstacle. Nevertheless, is the engine of development in todays economy? IT probably pervaded all spheres of our space fun, work and education. Bewildered, is the thesis that information technology is that possible? To some extent yes. Technology is the know-how, knowledge about the way of innovation or creation of new and more efficient method of performing a given task. Are we, today, able to imagine life without TI, without computers, smart phones without GPS navigation? It would be like suddenly we switched off the light, we cut electricity. What is imperceptible perceptible when we noticed their lack.
The changes that are being made now are unnoticed, especially for a regular user of new IT technologies. It is a silent revolution that changed our world from 2.0 to 3.0. What is the reason for these numbers? It is an analog to the denomination numbering of the stages of development of the Internet. The Web 1.0 means HTML, Web 2.0 social networks and tools means. You may also be interpreted in the context of the progress of ICT market: I. Period of mainframe computers (mainframes) and terminal II. Era of personal computers, III. Period of cloud computing and mobile applications. According to futurist Alvin Toffler illustrious, we still at the stage of the third wave was postindustrial, was information and services. The education system can not keep up with the changes taking place in the labor market; companies need specialists in new branches. This area collects harvest reorganization in the form of rising unemployment. This phenomenon occurs especially entrenched economically and commercially in the previous period. The analogies are more than obvious. Every great wave of technology brings the need for change, while those introduced inappropriately and not fast enough, leading to the crisis
The dominating faster new technologies is the individual user. It is our private area of activity and usefulness of new solutions, which makes the entire construction of our world need modifications. However, the more organized structure, the more difficult changes. Not the first time that the business follows a path previously opened by the consumer market. Cloud was further used by the individual user by the user company.
The wave of changes initiated by hundreds of millions of individual users can not remain without impact on trade. What today causes more problems for large companies is perhaps applying the concept of Web 2.0 to its current activities. Reconstruction is the era of reorganization procedures and organizational structures: companies, state governments, schools, hospitals, banks.
